Placing an order

ONLINE CHECKOUT

Credit Cards and PayPal

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. We will only charge you once your order has been shipped—please only click “Place Order” button one time to avoid multiple payments.

We ship all over the US but currently we cannot deliver to US Territories or P.O. Boxes. If your billing address is different from your shipping address then please make sure you’ve entered these correctly.

OUT OF STOCK

Our website always reflects our available items. You’ll get an email from our customer care team if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to California, as required by law, you will see the tax automatically appear on the checkout page.

SHIPPING

We ship WORLDWIDE. All of our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Please note that due to the Holidays any order placed between November 23rd - November 26th will not be processed and expedited until November 27.


UNITED STATES
Ground Shipping - $7

Please note, orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska via our Ground Shipping will take 3-5 weeks to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The rate to ship to international countries is based on the weight of your order and the dimensions of the box needed to ship it. This rate will be presented at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Secndnture.  Should the package be refused by the customer due to customs, the order will not be refunded by EGGIE.

International orders typically arrive between 7 to 15 working days.

If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact customer care so that we can investigate this for you.

Returns

HOW TO RETURN

US Mainland Orders
Please use the following link to access our return portal . You will need your order number and shipping zip code handy to create a return. Once you've inputed your order number and zip code, please mark which items you are returning and the reasoning. A return label should be created for you to print out and place on your return package.

Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new).

Please allow us 2 weeks from the date that we receive your return for the refund request to be processed. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays and sales. We thank you for your patience!

International and US Territories Orders

Your order will always include information and instructions for, replacing or crediting an item. Please ship all returns to the return center at the bottom of your invoice. All returned items should be accompanied by a properly completed return form, which helps us process your return quickly! Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new).

Please allow us 2 weeks from the date that we receive your return for the refund request to be processed. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays and sales. We thank you for your patience!

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that any of our items do not meet your expectations, please return it in its original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new) for a refund or for a prompt.  Please note that you will be refunded the full amount of the GARMENT, not your original shipping fee.

All return, credit, and requests should be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. We will not process any requests that fall beyond those 30 days. Any items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to you.

If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package.

REFUNDS

We will not process incomplete returns, so please make sure that the item that you are returning is complete. How do I know what size to order?

We have a size chart here. Each product page also has a  size guide section where we give notes and guidance on each particular style's fit - whether or not it has stretch, what sizes our models are wearing, and if we recommend sizing up or down. Obviously, all brands run differently, so we suggest busting out that tape measure to get the most accurate read.

What is your return policy?

Please read all the fine details on our return policy here. We have a 30-day window for returns for unworn merchandise with tags still attached. At the moment, because our stock is limited,  returns within that window will get a full refund. We’ll include a pre-addressed sticker.

I own a boutique. Can I place a wholesale order?

We have so many plans and ideas on how we'd like to grow in the coming years, and wholesaling is definitely in our future. At the moment, however, we're not taking on wholesale orders. We'll let you know when we do!

Where are your clothes manufactured?

All of clothing is manufactured in China.

How do I know if you order is confirmed?

If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed with your order details.

Can I place a gift order?

Unfortunately this is not an option at this time. We are working to make this happen!

I received a faulty or incorrect item, what do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please email us at orders@eggie.us with your order number and photos of the item indicating the defect or item received.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, as well as Amazon Pay and PayPal. Ofr course, all transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please visit our "returns" page for instructions on how to return an item.

Do you offer student discounts?

Unfortunately we do not offer a student discount at this time.

Will you be getting more stock of an item I am interested in?

Some items are so demanding that we may restock some units. Therefore, we suggest signing up to our "email when available" list. You may do so by clicking on the "email me when available" link on the bottom right of the page and selecting the size as well as entering your email. In the event that this item becomes available in the size selected, you will be notified via email.

What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

Don't worry if you've forgotten your password! Simply click the 'Forgot your password?' link next underneath the password section and follow the instructions. Please don't hesitate to contact us here if you continue to experience problems.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Do points ever expire?

Points do not expire.

How do I earn points?

There are many ways to earn points! The first is by simply signing up and joining, after that points can be earned by purchasing products, sharing and liking EGGIE on Facebook!

What happens to my points when I return items?

When items are refunded, your points balance will be deducted from the amount.

I can't log into my account.

Please reset your password by selecting the "Forgot Password" link on the EGGIE Rewards sign in page. We'll send an email to the address on file that will prompt you to reset your password, then sign in as usual!

I performed an action that you reward with points (i.e. joined, liked/shared EGGIE on Facebook) but my points aren’t showing up.

You must like / share us via the rewards page on the EGGIE website for points to automatically register in your account. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust.

How do I redeem points for coupons?

You may click on the coupon you wish to obtain from the 4 options presented on the bottom of the EGGIE Rewards page, then you can click "redeem" to receive a coupon code to use on your next order.

Can I switch the coupon code to a different amount after redeeming it?

When clicking on "redeem" you are not able to unredeem the coupon or change it to a different coupon amount. Therefore, only reedem your coupon when you are ready to use it.

Do coupons expire?

Coupons do not expire.

How many times can I received points for sharing and/or liking EGGIE on Facebook?

You may only complete this offer once.
