ONLINE CHECKOUT
Credit Cards and PayPal
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. We will only charge you once your order has been shipped—please only click “Place Order” button one time to avoid multiple payments.
We ship all over the US but currently we cannot deliver to US Territories or P.O. Boxes. If your billing address is different from your shipping address then please make sure you’ve entered these correctly.

Our website always reflects our available items. You’ll get an email from our customer care team if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to California, as required by law, you will see the tax automatically appear on the checkout page.

We ship WORLDWIDE. All of our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).
UNITED STATES
Ground Shipping - $7
Please note, orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska via our Ground Shipping will take 3-5 weeks to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The rate to ship to international countries is based on the weight of your order and the dimensions of the box needed to ship it. This rate will be presented at checkout.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Secndnture. Should the package be refused by the customer due to customs, the order will not be refunded by EGGIE.
International orders typically arrive between 7 to 15 working days.
If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact customer care so that we can investigate this for you.
Returns
HOW TO RETURN
US Mainland Orders
Please use the following link to access our return portal . You will need your order number and shipping zip code handy to create a return. Once you've inputed your order number and zip code, please mark which items you are returning and the reasoning. A return label should be created for you to print out and place on your return package.
Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new).
Please allow us 2 weeks from the date that we receive your return for the refund request to be processed. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays and sales. We thank you for your patience!
International and US Territories OrdersYour order will always include information and instructions for, replacing or crediting an item. Please ship all returns to the return center at the bottom of your invoice. All returned items should be accompanied by a properly completed return form, which helps us process your return quickly! Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new).

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that any of our items do not meet your expectations, please return it in its original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new) for a refund or for a prompt. Please note that you will be refunded the full amount of the GARMENT, not your original shipping fee.
All return, credit, and requests should be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. We will not process any requests that fall beyond those 30 days. Any items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to you.
If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package.

REFUNDS
We will not process incomplete returns, so please make sure that the item that you are returning is complete.
